Thanks very much for your question regarding antibody LS-B2441 (HPSE / Heparanase Rabbit anti-Human Polyclonal (Unconjugated) Antibody). This antibody is raised against the 50kD-8kD Heparanase heterodimer. It is known to recognize the 65 kDa precursor as well as the 50 kDa and 8 kDa subunits of human Heparanase. The antibody is a polyclonal, and unfortunately the exact epitopes recognized have not been determined. Thanks again, and please feel free to contact me with any additional questions.
