Labome reply
Dear Dr. Li,
Thank you for your interest in NeuroMab. General recommended working
dilutions and protocols for using NeuroMabs in applications such as
immunoblotting are available online
(neuromab.ucdavis.edu/protocols.cfm). They are meant as starting
points for optimization, as sample sources and methods can vary widely from
lab to lab for each application. Overseas shipping costs are high so please
check what other NeuroMabs (e.g. the immunoblot loading control N52A/42) may
also be useful to your work in order to make your total purchase more
worthwhile.
You are encouraged to check our website regularly for new antibodies,
updated datasheets and novel publications, and to keep our Facility in mind
if you need specific monoclonals for your research. Suggestions for future
NeuroMab targets are always welcome; please submit them in detail on-line.
