Product Description :
Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and Gel Supershift Assays. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunohistochemistry (Frozen sections; paraffin sections): 5ug/ml. Staining of ER-alpha in mouse Leydig cells results in both nuclear and cytoplasmic staining. Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml. Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal conditions must be determined individually for each application. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4 xA1C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20 xA1C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 xA1C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
