UsageText :
Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. Neutralization: 0.30-0.5 ug/ml yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of 1.0 ng/ml. hGM-CSF. direct ELISA: >0.5 ug/ml using 100 ul antibody solution per well. Allows the detection of 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hGM-CSF. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 ug/ml. Detection limit for recombinant hGM-CSF is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
