Background :

RXR-M-NM-2 (retinoid X receptor beta, NR2B2) is a member of the nuclear receptors superfamily, specifically those involved in mediating the effects of retinoic acid (RA). RXR-M-NM-2 forms heterodimers with the RAR (retinoic acid receptor), TR (thyroid hormone receptor) and the VDR (vitamin D receptor), increasing both DNA binding and transcriptional function on their respective response elements.

Immunogen :

This RXR-beta antibody was raised against a peptide within the N-terminal A region of mouse RXR-beta.
